The 45th Freihofer’s Run for Women will kick off at 9am on Saturday June 3, 2023. This 5K is a favorite for runners and walkers. Black Girls Run! had chosen to make this event a National Meet Up. This means women from around the nation will be coming to Albany to participate in the 5K. The Black Girls Run! team already has over 100 registered. Join us to get more women to the start line.
You can join the Black Girls Run! team (BGR) and join the local chapter (free).
Of course we love volunteers as well. Volunteers are invited to a dinner and get a cool shirt. You can register to volunteer on the same link as registration.
